Top Glove (SGX:BVA, KLSE:TOPGLOV) issued 2,190,300 shares under its employee stock option scheme, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The company issued 374,400 shares at 0.8810 ringgit per share, 189,700 shares at 0.8940 ringgit per share, 136,200 shares at 0.9170 ringgit per share and 1,490,000 shares at 0.9940 per share.
All shares will be listed on the Singapore bourse on Dec. 26, the filing said.
