China's securities and financial public welfare institution may become part of GF Securities' (HKG:1776, SHE:000776) securities misrepresentation liability dispute case against Misho Ecology & Landscape.
The securities company said the China Securities Investor Services Center will accept special authorization from 50 or more investors and apply to convert the case into a special representative litigation should the Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen City of Guangdong Province issue an ordinary representative litigation rights notice for the case, according to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing on Friday.
