Gome Retail (HKG:0493) agreed to renew its certain merchandise purchase and supply agreements, logistic services agreements, warehouse services agreements, and services agreements with its parent group and associates for another three years, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The group was conducting transactions with the other parties under previous agreements which are about to expire on Dec. 31.

The renewed term starts on Jan. 1, 2025, and expires on Dec. 31, 2027.
