MGO Global (MGOL) said Monday it has priced its public offering of about 6.32 million units at $0.95 per unit.
Each unit consists of one share, or pre-funded warrant in lieu, and one warrant to purchase one share, the company said. It expects to close the offering Tuesday.
MGO shares were down about 59% in recent trading.
