Eumundi Group (ASX:EBG) declared an interim dividend of AU$0.024 per share, payable Jan. 13, 2025, to shareholders on record as of Jan. 7, 2025, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The dividend is on top of a AU$1.62 per share payment to be distributed upon completion of a takeover by SEQ Hospitality Group, the filing said.
The hotel and investment property firm is urging shareholders to accept the acquisition proposal in the absence of a superior proposal and an independent expert report, the filing added.
SEQ Hospitality Group currently has a 77.95% relevant interest in Eumundi shares, as per the filing.
