HeraMED (ASX:HMD) extended the closing date of its share and broker option offer made under its prospectus lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Dec. 20, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The extension follows the cancellation of the Australian Securities Exchange's Clearing House Electronic Subregister System batch settlement on Dec. 20, the filing said.

Shares of the company fell nearly 5% in recent Monday trade.
