Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development's (PSE:AT) board approved the dissolution of its two units - AquAtlas, and Atlas Exploration.
The aforementioned companies are not commercially operating since 2009 and 2015, respectively, according to a Monday Philippine bourse filing.
The move will help the company streamline and simplify its corporate structure, it noted.
