ECM Libra Group (KLSE:ECM) unit HG Services signed a supplemental deal worth 29.9 million ringgit to extend its concession agreement with Malaysia Airports (Sepang).

Under the agreement, HG Services will continue to manage and operate a 'limited-service hotel' at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport for another 35 years from Jan. 31, 2034, to Feb 11, 2069, according to a Monday Malaysian bourse filing.

Shares ECM Libra jumped 6% in morning trade Tuesday.
