Polaris Holdings (TYO:3010) has signed lease agreements for six KOKO Hotels, transitioning from management contracts to a fixed and variable rent model, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The leases, effective from Dec. 19 to Dec. 20, cover hotels in Sendai, Kanazawa, Nagoya, and Kumamoto.
Polaris shares rose over 6% in morning trade Tuesday.
