Shenzhen Jianyi Decoration Group (SHE:002789) said its major shareholder, Liu Haiyun, and the latter's wholly owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Jianyi Investment Holdings, will donate 77% of Guangdong Jianyi Stone shares to the company, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The transaction, valued at zero, will integrate Jianyi Stone into the company's consolidated financials.
