SPC Global (ASX:SPG) named John Harwood group chief commercial officer, effective Jan. 6, 2025, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Harwood has extensive experience in sales and marketing and held key positions at Asahi Beverages, the filing said.
The company's shares fell nearly 6% in recent Tuesday trade.
