SmartKem (SMTK) said Monday it has completed its concurrent public and private offerings of its securities, raising total gross proceeds of $7.65 million.
SmartKem said it plans to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The shares were down more than 9% in recent trading.
