Frontier Digital Ventures (ASX:FDV) engaged the Royal Bank of Canada as financial adviser for its strategic review focused on 360 Latam, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
In addition, Vesparum Capital will act as an independent capital markets adviser and Herbert Smith Freehills as an Australian legal adviser, the filing said.
Frontier Digital Ventures shares rose past 1% in midday trade Monday.
