Iberdrola said Monday it completed its merger with its US subsidiary Avangrid (AVGR) after acquiring the 18.4% of the shares it did not already control.

Avangrid will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange, the firm said.

Avangrid shareholders who owned the stock on Dec. 2 will receive the proportional quarterly dividend until closing, which will be paid on Jan. 2, 2025, it said.
