TeraWulf (WULF) said Monday it will deliver more than 70 megawatts of turn-key data center infrastructure to Core42, the data center subsidiary of cloud and artificial intelligence services company G42. Financial terms and other details of the long-term lease agreements were not disclosed.
TeraWulf shares were down almost 14%. Over 31.9 million shares traded on Monday, exceeding its daily average volume of around 26 million.
CleanSpark (CLSK) said it exceeded its year-end target of 37 exahashes per second of operating hashrate, achieving 37.5 exahashes per second as part of ongoing expansions and fleet upgrades.
CleanSpark shares fell 8.1%. More than 21.4 million shares have traded hands, well under its average pace of about 35.1 million shares per day.
MicroStrategy (MSTR) said Monday it acquired 5,262 bitcoins between Dec. 16 through Dec. 22 for $561 million in cash. The purchases were at an average price of $106,662 per bitcoin. The company and its subsidiaries held 444,262 bitcoins at an aggregate price of $27.7 billion with an average purchase price of $62,257 per bitcoin, it said in a regulatory filing.
MicroStrategy shares were down 6.6%. Trading volume was more than 12.4 million shares, compared with its daily average of around 26.7 million shares per day.
