Koh Brothers Eco Engineering (SGX:K75) said its unit, Koh Brothers Building & Civil Engineering Contractor, secured a SG$313.9 million contract from Singapore's Land Transport Authority to design and build a multi-story bus depot at Lorong Halus, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The 54-month project starts on Jan. 6, 2025, and will include parking for 550 buses, operational facilities, and road improvement works, the filing said. Completion is expected by 2029.

The deal boosts Koh Brothers' order book to SG$899.7 million.
