AviChina Industry & Technology (HKG:2357) agreed to purchase a further 19,186,952 A shares of its subsidiary, AVICOPTER, from Harbin Aircraft Industry Group, a subsidiary of AVICOPTER, at 39.76 yuan per A share, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares to be transferred represent 2.34% of the total issued shares of AVICOPTER, and after completion, the company's shareholding in AVICOPTER will increase from 48.56% to 50.90% of the target's total issued shares.

The equity transfer is subject to the approval of the target's shareholders and relevant authorities.
