HWH International said in a filing Thursday that it has entered into a stock purchase agreement to sell 1.3 million common shares to Alset at $0.45 per share for $585,000.
As a result of the transaction, Alset and its subsidiaries will increase their ownership of outstanding HWH common stock to 90.1% from 88.8%.
