Sanxun Holdings Group (HKG:6611) and its subsidiaries and associates recorded contracted sales of 290 million yuan for the 11 months ended Nov. 30, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The group recorded a contracted gross floor area of 46,399 square meters in the January to November period, whereas the average selling price was 6,253 yuan per square meter.
