Sinostar PEC's (SGX:C9Q) wholly owned subsidiary, Dongming Hengchang Petrochemical, increased its share capital to 865.0 million yuan through the allotment and issuance of new shares, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The move is not expected to impact the group's financial position for the year ending Dec. 31, it said.
