ONEOK (OKE) has closed the sale of its three interstate natural gas pipeline systems to DT Midstream (DTM) for $1.2 billion, the companies said Tuesday.

The sale includes the Guardian Pipeline, Midwestern Gas Transmission, and Viking Gas Transmission, spanning about 1,300 miles with a combined capacity of over 3.7 billion cubic feet per day, DT Midstream said.

The transaction is expected to enhance ONEOK's financial flexibility as it works toward its 2026 leverage target, ONEOK said.
