Bank of Tianjin (HKG:1578) completed the issue of 5 billion yuan of three-year fixed-rate bonds carrying a coupon rate of 1.78%, a Monday bourse filing said.
The lender will use proceeds from the issue to stabilize overall liability scales, optimize liability structure, and invest in high-quality asset projects.
