De Grey Mining (ASX:DEG) said that State Street and its affiliates became a substantial holder in the mining firm after accumulating 5.07% voting power, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The financial services firm currently has 121.5 million De Grey mining shares, equivalent to the same number of votes, the filing said.
