Ascentage Pharma Group International (HKG:6855) has filed for a proposed initial public offering with the US Securities Exchange Commission on Friday, according to a Sunday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The drug company plans to list the American depositary shares (ADSs) under the symbol AAPG.
The number of ADSs to be offered and the offering's price range has yet to be decided.
The offering's closing is subject to the approvals of regulatory authorities and bourses in Hong Kong and the US, among other conditions.
JP Morgan Securities and Citigroup Global Markets act as joint book-running managers for the offering.
