Three shareholders of Weimob (HKG:2013) have disposed of a total of 123,593,000 shares in the company, a Dec. 27 bourse filing said.

Of this, Sun Taoyong, Fang Tongshu, and You Fengchun sold 86 million, 13 million, and 24,593,000 shares, respectively, through their respective controlled entity Yomi.sun, Jeff.Fang, and Alter.You.

The shares, which were sold in the open market on Dec. 20, 23, and 27, respectively, represent roughly 2.56%, 0.39%, and 0.73% of the company's issued share capital.

Following the disposal, the three parties hold 7.15%, 0.16% and 1.26% of the cloud-based marketing solutions provider's issued shares.
