Baozun (HKG:9991) is renewing agreements to continue receiving logistics, as well as marketing and platform services, from Alibaba Group (HKG:9988) for three years, a Monday bourse filing said.
The move came about as the original agreements expired Tuesday, according to the Chinese e-commerce solution provider.
The new agreements will be effective from Jan. 1, 2025 to Dec. 31, 2027.
