Global Engine Group Holding (GLE) said Monday it acquired a 22.5% stake in Corpotech Holdings through its Global Engine Holdings unit for $2.25 million.
Corpotech Holdings owns a 9,627 sq. ft. data center in Tsing Yi, Hong Kong, through its Corpotech unit, Global Engine Group said.
Shares of Global Engine Group rose 1.8% in recent premarket activity.
