Cowell e Holdings (HKG:1415) renewed certain supply and labor service framework agreements due to expire Tuesday, Dec. 31, a Dec. 27 bourse filing said.
The company renewed a supply contract with Guangzhou Luxvisions Innovation Technology for three years ending Dec. 31, 2027, as well as agreements for the provision and receipt of labor services for one year ending Dec. 31, 2025.
Guangzhou Luxvisions Innovation Technology is the optical products company's controlling shareholder.
Contracts for the provision and receipt of labor services with Luxshare Precision Industry (SHE:002475) were also renewed for one year starting Jan. 1, 2025, and ending Dec. 31, 2025.
