GLP J-REIT (TYO:3281) said its properties GLP Kazo II, GLP Higashi-Ogishima, and GLP Rokko have obtained environmental certifications, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

GLP Kazo II achieved a "Nearly ZEB" rating and a "six-star" BELS rating, while GLP Higashi-Ogishima and GLP Rokko received "Rank A" CASBEE certifications.

With these updates, 91.3% of the REIT's portfolio by floor area is now certified for environmental performance.
