Heng Tai Consumables Group's (HKG:0197) unit Heng Tai Finance subscribed for China Healthwise Holdings' (HKG:0348) convertible bonds of HK$72.3 million on Tuesday, a Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Under the agreement, China Healthwise Holdings has issued HK$16.8 million of unsecured 6% convertible bonds due in 2026 and HK$55.5 million of unsecured 8% bonds due in two years.
The consideration for the bonds was set off by the outstanding principal amount of HK$72.3 million of the issuer's previous outstanding bonds towards the subscriber.
