China Power International Development (HKG:2380) completed the deemed disposal of an 11% stake in Pingwei Power to Huainan Mining, according to a Tuesday filing.
As a result, the company diluted its shareholding in Pingwei Power to 49% from 60%, with the latter now serving as an associate instead of a subsidiary.
