Fomento Economico Mexicano (FMX), or FEMSA, said Friday it has completed the previously announced 3.17 billion Mexican pesos ($153.3 million) sale of its plastics solutions operations to AMMI.
Shares of FEMSA were down 3.4% in recent trading.
