Encounter Resources (ASX:ENR) issued 200,000 unlisted employee options expiring on Dec. 11, 2028, at an exercise price of AU$0.52, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The options were issued under the company's employee share and option plan approved by shareholders on Nov. 24, 2023, the company said in a separate filing.
Shares of the company fell nearly 2% in recent Friday trade.
