ChemX Materials' (ASX:CMX) joint voluntary administrators, Clifford Rocke and Jimmy Trpcevski of WA Insolvency Solutions, plan to call for expressions of interest to recapitalize the alumina firm together with its subsidiary, HiPura, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The administrators are looking into a deed of company arrangement or asset purchase to support the recapitalization, the filing said.
