Basis Bay Capital Management, a subsidiary of Keppel DC REIT (SGX:AJBU), agreed to sell Basis Bay Data Centre in Selangor, Malaysia, to Basis Bay Services MSC for 55.1 million ringgit, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The divestment is expected to be completed during the third quarter of 2025, the filing said.
