Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality (PRSU) said late Thursday it completed its acquisition of the Jasper SkyTram in Jasper National Park in Canada for CA$23.7 million ($16.5 million).

The company said the purchase price includes a renewable long-term lease with Parks Canada, with almost 30 years remaining.
