Beijing Capital International Airport (HKG:0694) agreed to renew its lease agreements for the service building, the operation control center office, and the identification document management hall office with Beijing Capital Airport Property Management, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Under the agreements, the company will renew its lease agreements for the said properties already in use by the company, for another three years, to ensure steady operation of Beijing Capital Airport.
The company will pay an annual rent of 57.7 million yuan for the renewed lease.
