H2G Green (SGX:5AI) allotted and issued 1,480,000 warrants under its exercise of warrants at SG$0.004 per new share, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

Following the allotment and issue of 1,480,000 new shares, the total issued and paid-up share capital of the company has increased from 1,415,284,092 shares to 1,416,764,092 shares.

The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Catalist Board of Singapore Exchange on around Jan. 3, while trading of the new shares is expected to commence with effect from 9.00 a.m. on the same date.
