5G Networks (ASX:5GN) said its on-market AU$0.11-per-share takeover offer for AuCyber (ASX:CYB) will start on Jan. 6 and end on. Feb. 6, unless the offer is withdrawn or extended, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Shares of 5G Networks fell nearly 3% in recent Friday trade, while shares of AuCyber rose past 3%.
