Centrex (ASX:CXM) has restructured some terms of supply with logistics providers to meet costs accumulated at unit Agriflex's Ardmore rock phosphate mine in North West Queensland, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
As of Sept. 27, 2024, the company accumulated logistics costs of AU$16.9 million due to the increase in production and shipments at Ardmore, the filing said.
To aid the restructuring, the company entered security, guarantee, indemnity, tenement mortgage, and forbearance agreements with logistics provider Aurizon Operations, a unit of Aurizon Holdings (ASX:AZJ), the filing added.
