Delek Logistics Partners (DKL) said late Thursday it has closed its $285 million cash and equity acquisition of Gravity Water Intermediate Holdings.

The purchase price consisted of $200 million cash and around 2.2 million Delek units.

Gravity properties include water systems in the Permian Basin and water gathering and transportation assets, the company said.
