Cathay Pacific Airways (HKG:0293) and Air China Cargo signed a framework agreement outlining service arrangements for three years, starting Jan. 1, according to a Wednesday filing.
The agreement includes agency services for cargo sales, ground handling, software, code sharing, rental, and other support services.
These services will be exchanged between members of the Cathay Group and Air China Cargo Group as part of their regular business activities.
