Maanshan Iron & Steel (HKG:0323) plans to inject capital into its Magang subsidiary, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The capital injection will comprise a consolidation of resources between Maanshan Iron & Steel and Magang, and is still subject to review, the filing said.
Maanshan Iron & Steel did not disclose the amount of the capital injection.
