Zhejiang Expressway (HKG:0576) subsidiaries signed contracts with Zhejiang Information for upgrading and renovating electromechanical systems on certain expressways, according to a Wednesday filing.
The company's information center also contracted Zhejiang Information for maintaining illuminated signboards on the Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway.
The agreements are classified as connected transactions under Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules, as Zhejiang Information is a subsidiary of the controlling shareholder, Communications Group.
