TSH Resources (SGX:TSH, KLSE:TSH) bought back 76,200 shares in the open market on Tuesday for around 96,041 ringgit, or 1.250 ringgit apiece, according to a same day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The palm oil cultivator's cumulative net outstnaidng treasury shares to date are 14,795,200 shares. Meanwhile, its adjusted issued capital after cancellation is 1,381,802,509 shares.
