Asset manager China CITIC Financial Asset Management (HKG:2799) has completed the sale of a 60% stake in China Huarong Financial Leasing to CITIC Group, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
Following completion, the firm holds 2,502,779,316, or 19.92%, shares in the target company.
The parties had first entered into an agreement regarding the disposal in May.
