Digital Core REIT's (SGX:DCRU) manager, Digital Core REIT Management, said the renewal option for the lease at the 8217 Linton Hall property in Northern Virginia, US, expired on Dec. 31, 2024, "unexercised."

The tenant is expected to move out of the building once the lease expires on June 30, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

Occupancy of the building represents 11% of the REIT's annualized rent.

A single month of downtime on the building represents around SG$0.0006 of DPU.
