Greentown Service Group's (HKG:2869) subsidiary, Hangzhou Chunyue Enterprise Management Consulting, acquired an additional 25% of the equity interest in Hangzhou Jiancheng Assets Management from Hangzhou Yijin Investment, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The consideration paid was 222.7 million yuan which included a shareholder's loan of 175.4 million owed by the target to the vendor.

Hangzhou Chunyue now holds a 45% stake in Hangzhou Jiancheng Assets Management.
