Central Wealth Group's (HKG:0139) subsidiary Central Wealth Infrastructure Investment agreed to purchase 51% of the entire issued share capital of Bright Joy Investment from Lin Zherui and Chen Yihao for HK$60 million, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The transaction is expected to be completed on or before March 31, 2025.
