China Zenith Chemical (HKG:0362) Chief Financial Officer Ma Kin Ling resigned, effective Dec. 31, 2024, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The chemical company has yet to name Ma's successor for the CFO post.
Ma was also company secretary.
Shares fell 1% during Wednesday's morning trading.
